BUKIT BROGA

Assalamua'alaikum,

Lari sedikit dari kebiasaan. Kali ini mahu post aktiviti selain dari di tempat kerja i.e memasak dan bola jaring. hehe. Sempena hari jadi ke26 tempoh hari, telah berazam mahu buat macam-macam yang tidak pernah buat. Salah satunya ke Bukit Broga, Semenyih. Why? Teringin nak buat aktiviti yang mencabar ketahanan diri. Tapi nak terus daki gunung Kinabalu memang tak lah. So, we start small ye adik-adik.

Anggap juga post ni macam guide kalau ingin ke sana =)

Kami ke Semenyih dari Shah Alam straight after tengok bola semi final Piala Malaysia yang Selangor main best tu ;p

So, disebabkan letih penginapan semalaman adalah perlu bagi kami yang datang dari perantauan ni. Penginapan yang bertuah terpilih adalah Smart Hotel yang terletak betul2 di Pekan Semenyih and about 5 minutes drive to Bukit Broga. Kami pergi ber6 - 2 guys (Lut & Epy) and 4 girls (me,atot,qiqis n gugur). So, book dua bilik. Hotelnya kire so-so lah, but it was comfy enough untuk semalaman and harga pun within our small budget (budget orang2 menabung untuk masa depan cemerlang) ;p

Alkisahnya nak mendaki jam 6 pagi directly after subuh. tapi biasalah kami, being ladies of leisure. Hampir jam 6.30am baru lah dengan gumbiranya naik kereta, start kereta, tekan minyak. Haha! Orang kata kalau nak menyaksikan keindahan sang matahari terbit mesti naik jam 4pagi lebih kurang. Pendakian ke atas sahaja took almost 2 hours (untuk golongan semput macam kami). 

Ini bermakna anda akan perlu solat Subuh di atas ye adik2. Tapi, bagi saya personally di atas nun tidak berapa sesuai lah untuk para gegadis nak solat. Tiada surau. No water point. And agak muddy kalau baru lepas hujan (like the time we went). So, better la solat dulu. Just my 2 cents =')

Senang sangat cari Bukit Borga ni. By 7am memang dah banyak kereta parkir di tepi-tepi jalan (maybe sebab hari ahad yang indah). So, you'd know when you've arrived. Dia atas sikit sahaja dari University of Nottingham. Google je bro.

Then mulalah mendaki! Bismillah! =)

Masa mula mendaki ni adalah seorang peserta ekspedisi kami semput (hye gugur!;p). Padahal dia juga merupakan seorang pemain bola jaring tegar kami. heheh. Nasihatnya, naik atas tak payah lah bawa banyak sangat barang. Disebabkan sesak, nak berpiknik pun susah juga. Bawa air minum sahaja lah kot dan makanan ringan. Saya naik okie je. Yang guys naik lagi lah steady meady je..tarahal.

Bukit Broga ni ada 4 peak/puncak. Tapi personally bagi saya, peak 1 tempat paling ideal sekali untuk menikmati pemandangan. Luas and segarrrrr~

Finally!

The 4th peak, ruangnya agak terhad. Dengan manusia yang agak ramainya. And it wasn't as landai as peak 1 and 2. So, i guess that fell short of expectation. Expectation: Boleh pacak bendera and menjerit I did it my wayyyy! o_0 Nasib baik ada signboard as in pic tu untuk bergambar. So, tak adalah nangis bergolek2 turun broga ni. hehe.

Masa turun pun agak mencabar sebab dah keletihan dan licin. But bagi golongan cool and macho, turun sambil melompat and main tengteng juga tarahal okie. Udara di atas sangat segar dan tak tercemar.

Cumanya ada mereka yang tiada kesedaran sivik pergi qada hajat besar dekat tengah2 route. We were like trying not to puke! hahaha.. Patutnya beliau qada la hajat kat celah2 semak ke. haish! Please la, take nothing but pictures and leave nothing but footprints ya kids! Jangan buang sampah di sana. =)

Anyhow, sangat gembira kerana berjaya juga merelisiasi (cmne eja?) hajat di hati bersama ohsem friends =))))

So, pergilah Bukit Broga. Ohsem! hehe~

Do I fear time running out? As a Muslim, the significance of another birthday celebration is the marking of being closer to death. Alhamdulillah, another day..Alhamdulillah another year. Alhamdulillah. Period.

I am not in any way feeling morbid or harboring any suicidal hate. Nor do I feel like I am tittering on the edge of a cliff. But these words are simply reflections. Of the what used to be and what's to come.

For now..there are many firsts on my to-do lists. But looking it over, it feels rather inadequate as opposed to being in the late-20s already. Hmm, i guess 'being grateful' should top the list first and foremost.

Anyways, 4th October 2012 had been memorable in more ways than one. I learned a lesson, albeit not so valuable, but meaningful non the less.  To see what's right in front of me all these while. To sincerely accept, to keep my silence and to stop thinking about it..okay,that didn't come out right.. so it sounded more poetic in bm..heheh..the words went like this..

Ada kalanya..kita sampai ke satu titik..

Habis sudah cuti raya. Padahnya leaving many unfinished business before cuti. Naik sahaja kerja mulalah tercungap-cungap berlari kehulu hiliaq nak minta tandatangan para-para sakura aka bos-bos saya yang semuanya baik hati. Tapi tak kisahla. I think i work best under pressure. As long as i get things done, somehow..*ni ayah baca for sure marah anak dia yang macam tak berwawasan ni*

For one thing, naik je this September there's two really big programs anjuran HEP. And entah di mana salahku, kena jadi SU for both programs.miahaha..And truthfully, I think I suck at documentations. Even so, masih ada yang mempercayai kebolehan saya kot sebab this happened lepas baru je setel tugas as SU masa program orientasi students sebelum puasa haritu. Hopefully saya tak akan kecewakan sesiapa. Most importantly, saya tak nak dissapoint myself.

Okay, so all these talk about work is boring even me. hehe. The point is, semua ni membuatkan saya terkenang zaman-zaman Uni dulu. Especially time jadi MTM kat K14 eyyyaaaa!haha..

Dan saya sangat rindukan SU saya masa SERAMIK dulu. Saya ingat lagi dokumen n meja saya sangat serabut masa dia datang bilik untuk diskus pasal program. Dia terus ambil semua dokumen atas meja saya sekali dengan fail-fail. Esoknya dia bagi balik kat saya, semua dah tersusun siap dengan those little post-its punya penanda tu kat bahagian sepatutnya.Haha! Terharu sangatx1000!! Thanks gurl. U nak datang tak wat semua tu untuk i kat sini???hehehehe *tak adalah, i just miss u*

Sekarang ni, i suppose i should be doing it for my pengarah program kan? But unfortunately for him, saya kan dah cakap saya ini tidak pandai berdokumentasi..hehe. sorry ye. but i'm trying my best!tolong guide saya.huhu -_-"

Anyway, i want so badly for students kat sini untuk jadi berdikari macam kami-kami di uni dulu. Hopefully mereka2 yang jadi jpp tu sekurang-kurangnya boleh handle organisasi lepas grad nanti. Good luck students. Amin.

Ramadhan Al-Mubarrak

 


Pity me, if i don't post anything to mark the start of the holy month.An ustaz once told me that Ramadhan is something like a month-long course in being a better Muslim. True, for me. Since most of the time I succumbed to much guilty pleasures, a little abstinence is called for this month. They say that doing something for 40 days in a row, has the knack of turning that something into a habit (can't validate tis statement though). I'm counting on that. Amin.

Anyways, Selamat Berpuasa =)

Purple in my blood

Saya sangat suka warna ungu/purple/violet dan semua warna yang berkaitan spektrum itu. Warna yang sangat elegan, se-elegan si peminatnya *hasil kajian cik dilla sorang*

Why purple? Entahlah. Tapi untuk hari ini sebagai seorang penjawat awam yang menjawat jawatan berkait rapat dengan bidang makanan, peralatan berikut menjadi salah satu motivasi kerja seandainya berada di hadapan mata dan batang hidung ku juga seandainya mampu di dalam dakapan ku jua.

Harga toksah gatai tangan pi tanya. memang boleh burst bajet lah. But maybe someday insyaAllah, bila bisnes kecilan ku bertambah maju. This would be a reward la kot? =)

Dan seandainya dah dapat makhluk di atas, dapat tempat macam di bawah ni saya amat suka...heeee..*geram*

Ya Allah, please hilangkan perasaan malas saya ini. Malas ni macam ada a little 2 year old mrengek pegang kaki xmahu bagi saya jalan.meragam tak tentu pasal. comel but at the same time annoying kot. Please ye Ya Allah. Saya nak buat kerja. Malas tu setan yang bawak kan? So, shuh go away setan. gooo away weyyyy..haha.

Esok turn bertugas for Short Course and in the evening kena jadi Master Of Ceremony untuk Majlis Penutup Kejohanan Takraw KK Wilayah Selangor. *saje tulis MC penuh-penuh sebagai general knowledge kita semua..heee* Hopefully tenaga berada pada paras tinggi esok and tak lemau macam today. Tapi today lemau sebab yesterday went and main bowling macam tak ada today sapa suruh.

Actually, a little bit sad because can't go back home this weekend and wish my special needs sister aka alya tak baikbaik a happy birthday. Happy Birthday Al!!!!
